Corner Bakery Gluten-Free Menu 2024

Here is the complete Corner Bakery Gluten-Free menu.

Corner Bakery has some gluten-free options available but be careful if you’re dining here. They are open about their use of shared cooking surfaces when preparing all of their food, so cross contamination is a definite possibility considering how much of their menu does contain gluten.

They do offer a gluten-free wrap so some of their sandwiches might be ok if all of the other ingredients are safe. Other than that, it’s mainly salads and a few breakfast items and were not even sure if we can recommend trying those especially if you have a gluten allergy.

Summary

Corner Bakery could do so much more when it comes to gluten-free options on their menu. The majority of their menu is not gluten-free, and even the few things that are may not be safe depending on how much cross contamination is present. It’s nice that they offer a gluten-free wrap, but they don’t provide any more info on their website about what is safe to eat and they don’t have a real gluten-free bread alternative available. There may be a few things to try if you have your heart set on this place, but we can’t recommend it and be careful if you have a gluten allergy.

  1. I don’t understand when I ask for a gluten free wrap and explain it’s because of an allergy. For some reason when my get my wrap it’s grilled in the panini grill. Somebody needs to talk to them about cross-contamination because this is happened to me more than 3 times at several locations. I hate to be a pain in the head send my food back to be remade each time period doesn’t make me look good or feel very good

    • Ya Tameca, I feel your pain. These restaurants need to train their staff better. It makes it very frustrating for those of us who have to eat gluten-free.

  2. I’m sorry, but the attempt at a ‘gluten free’ menu is really lame. If you are going to offer one, at least look like you want to offer one and may be do some research on ‘gluten’. For starters, bleu cheese & wonton strips are not gluten free. So, that tells me that there are other items that aren’t. Nor do you extend out to state on whether or not your items actually are gluten free. Is there anything on the chicken? Is the bacon free of gluten. It is much deeper than, ‘request no croutons’. Your list can’t be trusted, so hence, you have no gluten free menu nor do I feel you understand what gluten free truly means.

    • I completely agree Melanie, that is why they get a 2 out of 5 stars. We don’t recommend going to Corner Bakery if you eat gluten-free. Myself, I can’t eat any gluten without getting sick, and would never go there.

  4. Their scrambled eggs are definitely NOT gluten free. They put pancake batter in them (as do lots of other restaurants- always ask).

  5. I have Celiac and I went to corner bakery because they have a gluten free menu, She told me about the wrap, I asked what sandwich was gluten free she said all of them how could I believe this , I took her word and ordered a chicken rigatoni keep in mind I mentioned to her I was allergic to gluten due to Celiac. I ate all of it as soon as I got up my stomach was aching I couldn’t even walk. So much for taking her word. If a restaurant is not going to follow Gluten Free Foods why offer it. I’m very sure it was cross contaminated . Restaurant merchants really don’t take Gluten Free seriously as if this was our choice. This is our health that’s on the line and merchants don’t care say they are not chemist and have 0 patience. very disappointed. Don’t go here if you are unsure or have Celiac.
