Noodles and Company Gluten-Free Menu

Here is the complete Noodles and Company Gluten-Free menu.

Noodles and Company Gluten-Free Menu 2019

Noodles and Company have a decent amount of ways to customize their menu to enjoy some of their food gluten-free. They have one type of gluten-free pasta which can be substituted in most of their dishes, and that is pretty much your only option as almost all of their other pasta dishes contain gluten. They do have a variety of different flavors and toppings though, so their gluten-free pasta might be worth a shot. Apart from that, they have a variety of salads that can be made gluten-free by asking to leave certain ingredients off like croutons. We’ve noted any modifications needed below. They do note that they are pasta restaurant that deals with a lot of gluten containing foods in their kitchens, so cross contamination is a definite possibility with all of their menu items. We don’t recommend going here if you have a gluten allergy, but if you’re just looking to avoid it in your diet, there may be some things to try.

Noodles and Company History

Noodles and Company is a privately held American fast casual pasta chain with more than 300 locations spread across the United States. They are based in Broomfield, Colorado. The company was founded in 1995 by Aaron Kennedy in the small neighborhood of Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. As of 2012, they had an annual turnover rate of around $300 million. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including noodles, sandwiches, soups and salads, all served under one roof.

Each dish is uniquely hand crafted to meet the customer’s specifications and they only use the freshest ingredients to prepare their meals. The company’s motto is “REAL food and REAL cooking for REAL flavors”. During its inception, the restaurant’s aim was to serve fresh food fast, a concept that was unheard of during that time. Fast forward to today and the company is still redefining the fast casual dining experience with innovative menu items.

Their dishes are inspired by individuality, creativity and the rich cultural heritage of cuisines sourced from all around the globe. Some of their favorite dishes include The Med Salad, Japanese Pan Noodles, Thai Curry Soup and Penne Rosa. There’s also the signature Wisconsin Mac & Cheese which is only prepared with authentic ingredients that make the cut.

Whether you’re in need of a comfortable spot to share a meal with some friends, a family dinner night or just catering a party, this restaurant is the perfect spot to get together with loved ones and share some memorable moments together around the table. According to current CEO Kevin Reddy, 7 years ago they took a huge leap by halting their franchising activities and focusing entirely on private management.

This risk has worked out just fine for the company as they are currently experiencing growth in double digits, pulling in around 10-15% growth every year, which is very good considering the competitive nature of the fast casual dining industry.
