Soy-Free and Gluten-Free Natural Peanut Butter

I admit it, I eat a lot of peanut butter. Ever since going gluten-free peanut butter has been kind of the cure for my sweet tooth. I’ll dunk bananas in peanut butter, or dip my gluten-free oreos in peanut butter, yum! It is a lot healthier than buying a candy bar.

I also always avoid soy wherever possible, in fact my entire grocery cart this evening from Sprouts was filled entirely with organic ingredients and completely gluten-free and soy-free! There is nothing healthier than making your own peanut butter, but there is no way I am going to stir my own lol. So here is the next best thing!

Soy-Free & Gluten-Free Skippy Natural Peanut Butter (Creamy)

It tastes amazing and only has 4 ingredients in it.

Ingredients

  • Roasted Peanuts
  • Sugar
  • Palm Oil
  • Salt

Now lets compare that to Skippy’s normal creamy peanut butter which has 6 ingredients in it.

Ingredients

  • Roasted Peanuts
  • Sugar
  • Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
  • Soybean
  • Rapeseed Oil
  • Salt

If you don’t know by now… hydrogenated anything is not normal. I want to stay away from soy, and well rapeseed oil? That just sounds bad.

When you are trying to shop healthy try to find the things with the least amount of ingredients!
