Mod Pizza Gluten-Free Menu

Here is the complete MOD Pizza Gluten-Free menu.

MOD Pizza Gluten-Free Menu 2017

MOD Pizza has a great selection of toppings and sauces for your custom created pizzas and salads. They have a few pre-arranged pizzas and salads if you do not feel creative, but most of the time you are creating your own pizza and salad from scratch. If your kids are wanting just a plain cheese pizza just ask for the Maddy.

MOD Pizza does offer a gluten-free crust, however they do not suggest eating the gluten-free crust if you have celiac disease because of the high risk of cross contamination. All of MOD Pizza’s toppings are used in the salads, so there is also a chance your salad could be contaminated with gluten. If you are looking for a place to eat that supports your gluten-free diet, but you are not allergic, this could be a fun new place!

MOD Pizza History

MOD Pizza is a casual pizza restaurant chain based in the United States and was founded in Seattle, Washington in 2008. The company has more than 150 locations spread across America and the United Kingdom as well. MOD Pizza is widely claimed by its proprietors to be focused on people rather than the pizza itself and they are also engaged in various community service activities.

It all started when a couple living in Seattle, Scott and Ally Svenson, were inspired by the idea of starting their own small restaurant. They were motivated by their love for pizza and the simple pleasures of casual dining. Scott and Ally had a dream of creating something unique in the fast food industry. Their intention was to create an honest, inspiring and memorable experience for all customers walking through their doors.

They began by asking whether it was possible to create a fresh, authentic and hand-made product that customers would like. Earlier on, the Svenson’s had founded the Seattle Coffee Company, a successful coffee company that was later sold to Starbucks in 1998. In exchange, Scott was made the overall President of Starbucks Europe.

In 2013, MOD Pizza was named one of America’s “Top 50 Breakout Brands” by the Nation’s Restaurant News Channel. Within the same period, they also opened their first location outside the Washington area with a location in Cedar Hills Crossing mall in Beaverton, Oregon. One year later, the restaurant chain had launched approximately 31 locations in Oregon, California, Washington, Colorado, Arizona and Texas. They also secured $15 million in private investments from notable financiers such as Paul Twohig, and the CEO of TOMS Shoes Jim Alling.

MOD Pizza offers distinct, artisan-style pizzas which are prepared for approximately 3 minutes in an 800 degree pizza oven. Furthermore, customers are allowed to build their own salad or pizza from scratch, which costs the same as the original product regardless of the amount of toppings they add. The pizza is available in 3 sizes, Mini, MOD and Mega.
