I love sandwiches and ever since having to eat gluten-free I had yet to find a good tasting bread. Udi’s bread crumbles and is horrible for toasting.
Then I found Canyon Bakehouse. This bread is delicious! I eat the “Mountain White” variation as the other one has seeds in it which I can’t tolerate.
It is dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free certified.

The only ingredient I wish it didn’t have is the xanthan gum.
Let me tell you, this bread tastes amazing and the texture is smooth as butter! In fact it is much better than the cheap bread I was buying before my gluten-free diet.
They also have a Cinnamon Raisin bread which works great for toasting with a little peanut butter.
Where to Buy
I buy mine at Sprouts and Target. You can also find it at certain Safeways. Or you can always buy it directly on Amazon.

I pay $4.99 at Sprouts for a loaf. While that is a little expensive, it is still way cheaper than eating out. And the taste and texture make up for it.
